Can I cancel within 24hrs if I'm ill or in an emergency?

Yes, things happen and there are times when cancelling an appointment at last minute is unavoidable. In these circumstances a 100% payment would generally be required if within 24hrs, however, please speak to me as I may be able to offer the fee to be held on account for a future appointment, this will be decided on an individual basis.

Can you administer medication?

Yes, I am happy to give your pet any medication required, as long as full instructions are provided.

Are walks on or off lead?

In general walks are on lead, however clients who have given permission for their dogs to be walked off lead will be provided after considering the surroundings of the walk and as long as your dog’s recall is good and consistent. There are occasions when I may take them to a secure dog park where this would not be a problem.
